A few pictures of our sweet one

If Kaylin could throw a gang sign right now, she would. What a thug.

The internet has completely changed future generations. She's already teaching me how to use the computer.

Our little Winnie the Rooh playing in her Pooh Bear walker. I think she likes it!

Check out those gams! Chuuuuubby!

So...I was sitting on the couch, working on the computer and I heard my little baby girl sqwaking in the background. She loves her stuffed lion, Nala. Apparantly Nala got the best of her this time.

Our Goosey Girl

I started this new blog with the intention of keeping it more current, updating the world on our little adventures. As you can see, I've already fallen short. Story of my life. I think I've always been full of good intentions. I hope that doesn't make me shallow.
Yesterday was a tough day for Kayles. She had her 5 month check up where she got another shot. She was brave as usual and took it like a big girl. The significant part of that experience was that, for the first time, I didn't cry! I'm a big girl, too it would seem. Anyway, her doctor suggested I start giving her solids 3x a day now. I had started her on rice cereal last week and it was going ok. So, for lunch I made up some oatmeal and banana for her. She wasn't sure at first, but ended up loving it. She ate her fill and about 2 hours later vomited it all up. Then she vomited again about 20 minutes later. She vomited 2 or 3 more times before going to bed. This doesn't even count the several spit-ups inbetween. My poor baby! She was a wreck. She didn't nurse well that night because she was so exhausted. She woke up a couple times in the wee morning hours needing some milk and some love.
Fortunately she seems to be back to her regular self today.
